At Overland Odyssey, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day no-hassle refund policy to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Simply contact our support team at support@overlandodysseystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible items).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
